Tuesday
The girls swim team had a great performance at the Ben Hair Memorial Swim Meet, placing 5th overall out of 23 teams.
Allisan Bendall (1:08.79) was 4th out of 44 in the 100 Breaststroke and 7th out of 29 in the 200 IM (2:17.69)
Miriam Mithqal (2:02.45) was 6th out of 49 in the 200 Free and 9th out of 53 in the 100 Back (1:02.81)
Josefine van Beek (26.49) was 8th out of 59 in the 50 Free
The girls 200 Medley Relay team (1:53.95) finished 5th out of 27
The boys team was strong as well, getting 12th out of 23 teams.
Graham Dugas (1:07.33) was 10th out of 44 in the 100 Breaststroke
Trevor Tharp (24.26) was 16th out of 73 in the 50 Free
Val Dowd (52.51) was 11th out of 760 in the 100 Free

The boys JV team beat Fluvanna 50-36, continuing their excellent season.
Wednesday
Senior Wrestler Spencer Ratliff rose victorious in his match against Albemarle. Ratliff was the only MHS wrestler to win outright on Wednesday. Check out our Instagram for the video.
The Indoor Track team had their 4th meet of the season at FUMA.
Creighton Doherty (5:00.12) was 4th out of 25 in the 1600
Colin Jumper went off in the 1000, getting 4th out of 25 with a PR of 2:54.42
Clarence Feggans was 10th out of 36 in the shot put, with a PR of 36-03.50
Alex Taylor pole vaulted 9-06, tying his PR
Raelyn Trent (7.9) was 3rd out of 30 in the 55 and 5th out of 33 in the 300 (47.23)
Ryan Davidson had another standout performance, getting 1st in the 1600 (5:25.42) and 1st in the 1000 (3:16.21)

Friday
The girls varsity basketball team collected their second straight Friday night victory, beating Charlottesville 39-34.
